Mark has over 15 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and freight technology, holding leadership roles across Operations, Strategy, Product, and Business Development. He has served in senior and executive positions at industry leaders such as Loadsmart, Nolan Transportation Group (NTG), Descartes Systems Group, Swift Logistics, and Echo Global Logistics. He has also advised and consulted for high-growth FreightTech and logistics companies, including FleetWorks (YC S23), Catena Clearing, Truck Driver Power, and Sheer Logistics.
Mark’s experience spans asset-based carriers, freight brokerages, SaaS platforms, and venture-backed startups, giving him a rare, end-to-end perspective on the industry’s dynamics and evolution. His deep operational and strategic insight makes him a valuable asset to the FV Advisory Group team and a trusted partner to clients pursuing M&A, scale, and transformation.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa. He enjoys spending time with his young children, doing home improvements, cooking, and learning about wine.
